Torbay Holdings Inc.: Designer Appliances Inc. Products to Be Provided under Washington State Department of Labor and Industries, Industrial Insurance State Fund


MINEOLA, N.Y., Oct. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:TRBY) Designer Appliances Inc. have been approved as a "Medical Services Provider" of their products to Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. We are formally designated as a "provider of services to workers covered by the Washington State Fund for retraining and job modification services to industrially injured or ill workers". As a vendor, with a Provider Account Number, orders for our AirObic mouse and software products can be placed, which are then invoiced directly to the Washington State Insurance Fund.

We have been working with the Washington State Dept. of Labor and Industries since June of this year, when we provided product for their evaluation.

Tom Large, President & CEO stated, "We have been made aware of our customers being reimbursed under medical insurance plans in some other states, including California, however, this is the first formal arrangement for direct State Insurance Reimbursement of our products.
