First Horizon Bank Announces Expansion of Business Banking Team with Two New Hires

Dewan and Tillery Tout Years of Experience with Managing Small Businesses and New Clients


MCLEAN, Va., Nov. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- First Horizon Bank, a full-service financial services company, announced today that Pavi Dewan and John Tillery have joined First Horizon Bank as vice presidents of business banking, further strengthening First Horizon's commercial banking business team.


      -- Pavi Dewan joins First Horizon as a vice president of
         business banking.  Dewan brings experience in helping small
         businesses with their financial needs through structured
         loans, lines of credit, SBA loans, deposits, cash management
         services, assisting with leases, investments, card services
         and derivative products.  She most recently served as a small
         business client manager at Bank of America in Fairfax, Va.

      -- John Tillery joins First Horizon as a vice president of
         business banking, offering more than 10 years of banking
         experience.  He most recently served as a business banker
         vice president at Wachovia Bank in Norfolk, Va.  An
         experienced relationship manager, Tillery has proven his
         ability to manage new and existing banking clients while
         securing new client relationships.
