Making Order Out of Chaos -- Author Offers New Theories on What Creates Human Perception

WINNETKA, Ill., Nov. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- It seems the world is almost drawn to chaos, especially when wars, famine and poverty destroy the lives of so many on a daily basis. Dan M. Mrejeru has studied the ideas of chaotic phenomena and complex human behavior and turned them into a riveting new book, Multiple Harmonies Create the Patterns of "Real World" from Chaos (now available through AuthorHouse).

"This book reveals the trends and many complex interferences, which all are responsible for new nonlinear thinking. (It) considers a particular genetic occurrence for current nonlinear evolution," Mrejeru says.

Multiple Harmonies is a collection of interpretations concerning events ranging from politics to neuroscience. Mrejeru uses both linear and nonlinear scientific approaches to define a number of different aspects of humanity and the planet Earth. He analyzes occurrences such as Sept. 11 and global warming as a transition to glaciation to define the limits of human perception, which in turn generates a "world view."

"Within such limitation, a mechanism of sensorial perception is responsible to create and perceive a particular presence of 'patterns,'" Mrejeru explains. "Everything we see and understand refers to 'patterns and their boundaries.'"

From religion and belief to genetic changes and evolution, Mrejeru provides nonlinear interpretations of all aspects of society. He introduces "The Theory of Patterns" and "The Mechanism of Multiple Harmonies" in the hopes of helping others better understand "the real world" around them. Mrejeru also argues that Earth is a form of a living being, and uses nonlinear thinking as a revolutionary tool to reshape future society.

An in-depth, detailed analysis, Multiple Harmonies challenges its readers to expand their minds and learn a new way to define their worlds.

Mrejeru has a master's degree from the University of Bucharest in Romania. Since graduation, he has worked as a geologist in geotechnical engineering. Now a resident of the United States, he owns a small geotechnical firm in Illinois. Multiple Harmonies is his first book.
