Omni Completes Acquisition of Ross Marketing


ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Omni Alliance Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:OMNA) is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition of Ross Marketing Group Inc, a Ridgefield, CT based specialty marketing company. This acquisition is part of an ongoing effort by Omni to re-position its business direction towards the leisure lifestyle consumer markets. Earlier this year, Omni acquired Radmaxx International.

Ross Marketing Group Inc (www.rossmarketinggroup.com) is a marketing company, specializing in Mobile Marketing programs and Special Event venues. Its customers over the last few years have included, LG, Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Davidoff, Pepsi, Reed Exhibitions, Hachette Filipacchi, Hilton Garden Inn, Reebok and many others. Ross is perhaps best known for developing table top covers for advertising marketing used in major malls throughout the US. Ross has worked extensively with two of the largest shopping mall developers in the US targeting a highly sought out demographic group.

Superbowl XXXIX, in Jacksonville, Florida, February 6, 2005 marks the next major special event for Ross, whose previous events include the 1996 Summer Olympic Games and the 1998 Pepsi Centennial Celebration. The Omni "Pavilion" at the Superbowl will encompass a 40,000 square foot building, within sight of the Alltel stadium and strategically centered adjacent to the marine transportation hub. The "Pavilion" will also accommodate a private hospitality area utilizing luxury Motor Coaches as Corporate Hospitality suites.
