Wall Street News Alert's Post Stock Watch List -- November 4, Part 2

WESTON, Fla., Nov. 4, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Wellstone Filters (OTCBB:WLSF), Papa John's Int'l, Inc. (Nasdaq:PZZA), 8x8, Inc. (Nasdaq:EGHT) and W.R. Grace & Co. (NYSE:GRA).

Aggressive investors and traders should be watching Wellstone Filters (OTCBB:WLSF) this morning! Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that it is projecting great revenue growth through the first and second twelve months of sales (refer to the November 3, 2004 press release for the explosive details).

There is more great news for investors! The press release also states that Wellstone plans to accelerate the schedule for launch of its new full flavor and light cigarette lines by two months to April 2005. Advancement of the timetable will enable the company to sell for nine months in 2005 instead of seven, for a 60% increase in 2005.

According to the press release, Wellstone is the only small U.S. cigarette manufacturer, which is publicly traded. The remainder of the small manufacturers, which make up about 12% of the total cigarette market, are privately held or foreign. Management believes Wellstone's access to the U.S. capital markets will assist the company in its goal to become the largest company in the growing discount cigarette market.

Investors continue to watch this one as things really start to gear up! Wellstone is also preparing it's filing with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission to meet its accelerated timetable. The FTC filing primarily consists of the package designs for Wellstone Filter's full flavor and light flavor cigarettes. The FTC requires advance filing and approval of packaging.

We also recently reported that the company issued a press release announcing that it has adopted the use of a high technology marketing technique for its new line of cigarettes.

Wellstone believes that its patented filter formulation removes tars and certain carcinogens, while providing better taste. However, any claim as to the benefit of any Wellstone cigarette to be sold will be made within the parameters prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission. Wellstone emphasizes that NO cigarette is safe. This corporate communication by Wellstone is not intended to induce any person to purchase future Wellstone tobacco products.

The stock closed yesterday over seventy-two cents a share.

In case you are not familiar with the company: Wellstone Filters, Inc. has developed and patented filter material that removes certain carcinogens and other toxins produced when tobacco is smoked -- without removing the compounds responsible for the pleasurable effects of smoking. Wellstone seeks to promote material for cigarette filters that will enable major cigarette manufacturers to provide consumers with an equally enjoyable cigarette with substantially fewer carcinogens. Commentary:

"Yahoo! Inc., the second most used Internet search engine is hiring, if you have talent and connections. Former ABC television network Chairman Lloyd Braun became head of media and entertainment and will over see Yahoo's Web pages on movies, TV, music, games, finance, news, weather, sports, health and children," stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
