Mokltel Africa Ltd, a Telecom consulting and Holding company in Nairobi, Kenya, has recently been awarded an internet backbone license and national commercial VSAT license via its wholly owned subsidiary Pan African Communication Network. Mokltel Africa Ltd will use DimiTel's billing systems and join venture via its point of presence in London.
