HANOVER, Md., Nov. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Humana Trans Services Holding Corporation (OTCBB:HTSC) (http://www.humanaservices.com) announced that it has terminated its Letter of Letter of Intent, dated July 27, 2004, and amended on September 15, 2004, with Provo International, Inc. (formerly Frontline Communications Corp.) (AMEX:FNT).
Humana believed that the dilution that would have occurred was, in the end, too significant for the gain in the issuance of shares of FNT.
