HOUSTON, Nov. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Since 1975, International Relocation Consultants (INRELCO) has been an independent referral network made up of Century 21 offices and primarily a relocation-training arm for Century 21 Corporation. However, in a recent special teleconference of members, voting delegates elected to amend the organization's bylaws, eliminating the primary criteria to INRELCO membership as one exclusive to Century 21 franchises. INRELCO is now open for membership to any franchise or independent firm.
"With 30 years of Century 21 relocation experts and brokers/owners who have vested interests in this network, I believe opening up INRELCO membership to all real estate firms will facilitate collaboration of many new offices coast to coast," said Kirk Paschal, President of INRELCO and Owner of Century 21 Executive.
He added, "This is a phenomenal opportunity for firms that have not enjoyed quality relocation training. In addition, the partnerships and affinity relationships we will have in the next 180 days will put us front and center for the real estate industry and therefore close the 'Last Mile' in the real estate transaction process."
In 2003, INRELCO closed over $30 billion in real estate transactions with a network of over 400 offices and 20,000 licensed realtors coast to coast.
Current members of the professional group expressed their excitement and approval of the change shortly after it was announced.
