CHATSWORTH, Calif., Nov. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Go Online Networks Corporation (OTCBB:GONT) computer services division Digital West, announced today that it has entered into the off lease computer refurbishing business through a supply agreement with a major computer maker finance company. Major fortune 1000 companies often choose to lease computers and notebooks for financial and cash flow reasons. Once the lease has reached its conclusion these "off-lease" computers enter the refurbishing arena and are sold into the secondary markets. Digital West has reached an accord to buy off-lease systems and notebooks, refurbish the computer up to manufacturers specification and offer them for sale into the appropriate business channels.
"We are off and running in the off lease business," commmented Digital West General Manager Kerwin Burns. "Initial we anticipate handling between 10,000 to 25,000 units per year with projected revenue in excess of $250,000 per month. Gross profit should be in the 30% to 35% percent range as we look forward to generating revenues in excess of $3 million per year in this line of business alone," concluded Mr. Burns.
