DimiTel Ltd Announces the Launch of Its Commercial VoIP Service in France


DENVER and LONDON, Nov. 11, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets:QANT) through its recently acquired wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, announced today the launch of its commercial Voice Over IP service for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in France.

The supply of the VoIP telephony services to SMEs will begin in the first quarter of 2005. Having already signed with a few distributors the service will allow small and medium businesses in France to use the telephony service at dramatically reduced costs. DimiTel will utilize its comprehensive and successful DimiTalk switch service, and install a small VoIP gateway on the premises of the customer. The VoIP service will be used through the VoIP gateway and will re-route the customer's switchboard traffic through DimiTel's network. Users will gain considerable reductions on their international telephony costs.
