Commencing on November 11, 2004, the common stock of the corporation will be listed for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "GCCP."
On November 8, 2004 the company held a special shareholders meeting at one of their corporate offices, and an overwhelming majority of shareholders voted on the only two items on the agenda, to change the name of the corporation and to increase the number of authorized shares in the company.
