Wall Street News Alert's Breaking Stock Market News! November 12, 2004

WESTON, Fla., Nov. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: Sanguine Corporation (OTCBB:SGNC), GenCorp Inc. (NYSE:GY), Aladdin Knowledge Systems (Nasdaq:ALDN) and MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:MKTX).

Aggressive investors and traders need to watch Sanguine Corporation (OTCBB:SGNC)! The company has issued a string of press releases detailing the development of an oxygen-carrying synthetic substitute for human red blood cells!

A few days ago, the company announced that it is conferring with the U.S. Army Medical Corps to develop a "golden hour" medical kit using PHER-O2. Such a kit could allow self-transfusion on the battlefield, thus helping to prevent bleeding to death, which is a major cause of fatality in combat, and which continues to be the case in Iraq, despite the improvements in front line medical care.

Thomas Drees, Ph.D., chairman and CEO of Sanguine Corp., stated, "In treating battlefield injuries, time is often critical to survivability. If a 'golden hour' kit can be developed, either self-transfusion or field transfusion by a medic could allow a wounded soldier a better opportunity at survival. This could be possible since PHER-O2 does not require refrigeration nor type and crossmatching, which is necessary with packed red cells."

This should be great news for investors! Earlier this month, the company announced that its synthetic red blood cell substitute, PHER-O2, is being used in trials conducted by Virginia Commonwealth University for the U.S. Navy on submarine crew and deep-sea diving oxygenation treatment of the bends.

Investors should continue to watch this company for more great news! In late October, the company announced that PHER-O2 is being tested in various phases of animal toxicity trials being conducted by three medical schools in the United States and Canada. The focus of studies with PHER-O2 is its effectiveness in perfusion for pancreas preservation for transplantation. The universities include the University of Chicago, the University of Maryland and the University of Alberta (Canada).

The stock closed yesterday at fifteen cents a share.

In case you are not familiar with the company: Sanguine Corp. is a development-stage company focused on the research and development of PHER-O2, a synthetic red blood cell product with potential applications in a variety of specialties, including: transfusions, CAT scans, cardioplegia and the treatment of heart attacks, strokes, head and neck tumors and hemorrhagic shock. The company is also developing non-medical applications for its perfluorocarbon (PFC) product.

Stocks showing interesting activity yesterday at the close of the regular trading day were: GenCorp Inc. (NYSE:GY) up 23.6% on 10.5 million shares traded, Aladdin Knowledge Systems (Nasdaq:ALDN) up 14.2% on 1.8 million shares traded and MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq:MKTX) up 4.2% on 1.7 million shares traded.

Commentary:

"Microsoft Corp. is saying 'hey, Google me' as plans to unveil Halo 2, their new Internet search engine. A test version, taking 18 months and more than 100 developers is expected to premier today. As the IPO of Google has created new billionaires for its two founders, the biggest billionaire on the block, Bill Gates, is now after this business," stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
