Bach-Hauser's DM2 Technology Delivers to Taxi Ste-Foy and Starts Delivery to Taxi Diamond


MONTREAL, Nov. 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bach-Hauser (Pink Sheets:BHSR) is pleased to announce that DM2 Technology (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bach-Hauser) has delivered 50 wireless POS (point of sale) equipment and software units to handle bankcard and credit card payments to Taxi Ste-Foy of Quebec City. The equipment has been widely accepted by the company and its customers and Taxi Ste-Foy is expected to accept delivery of the remaining 150 units in its agreement with DM2 by the end of this year.

Starting Nov. 29, 2004 DM2 will deliver the first 500 units to Taxi Diamond, on Nov 15, 2004 Bach-Hauser announced Taxi Diamond selects DM2 Technology. It is expected to take two weeks to complete the delivery and installation of these units. The remaining 200 units will be delivered after Christmas.

On Nov. 18, 2004 the company announced that Rogers Wireless had made a proposal to become a reseller of Bach-Hauser's DM2 Technology wireless POS (point-of-sale) terminals in their retail outlets. The proposal will also allow DM2 to resell Rogers Wireless airtime products. Rogers plans to sell DM2's wireless POS terminals through their retail outlets and to their corporate and business clients. This agreement should enable us to expand our customer base significantly by providing greater access to DM2's Wireless POS technology and products and enable us to provide our customers considerable value added services.
