The Management of both companies confirmed that a formal arrangement concerning a long-term, enhanced relationship will be finalized within the next thirty days.
Taking advantage of The Sports Pouch Beverage Company's(tm) revolutionary new design to package beverages, Clearly Smart and its marketing team see tremendous opportunities to revolutionize how major retailers carry their brand, Mineral Smart. Its flexible pouch, similar to those commonly found in the juice section -- Capri Sun, Minute Maid Coolers -- combined with a easy to use push-pull spout makes the new design appealing to Clearly Smart consumers. The Clearly Smart marketing team has shown the Sports Pouch(tm) to a wide variety of major retailers that currently carry their Mineral Smart(tm) brand, and many retailers have shown great interest in the Sports Pouch(tm).
