Snocone Inks Deal for its Cell Phone Surveillance Technology


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 29, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Snocone Systems Inc. (OTCBB:SCOS) ("Snocone" or the "Company"), an innovator of wireless solutions, reports that the Company has finalized a license and revenue sharing agreement with SMART-TEK Communications Inc. (Smart-Tek) that provides existing and potential customers of Smart-Tek with Snocone's 'RISKeye' mobile surveillance viewing technology.

Under the terms of the deal, effective immediately, Smart-Tek will market and sell Snocone's 'RISKeye' mobile surveillance viewing technology to its existing and potential client base in exchange for a percentage of the revenues derived from the implementation and usage of Snocone's technology.

Smart-Tek specializes in integrated security and communication systems, including the design, sales, installation and service of CCTV, access control, intercom and communications systems, security surveillance and monitoring systems. Smart-Tek has positioned itself as one of the outstanding integrated security and surveillance system providers in British Columbia, Canada.
