Soleil Appoints Director Jeff Celentano to Finish Script Development of Feature Film, 'Say it in Russian'

SANTA BARBARA, Calif., Dec. 1, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Soleil Film and Television, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SFLM) announced today that Director Jeff Celentano has been hired to finish the development of the company's feature film screenplay, "Say it in Russian." "We are pleased to have Jeff on the team and look forward to a long association with him," said Kenneth Eade, President. Celentano will polish the screenplay as a first step to pre-production of the film, which is currently scheduled to begin shooting in May 2005.

An actor's director, Celentano began a successful career as an actor in the 1980's, under the stage name Jeff Weston, then turned to directing. The first feature film he wrote and directed was 1995's, "Under the Hula Moon," starring Stephen Baldwin and Chris Penn. He also wrote and directed the critically acclaimed "Gunshy," in 1998, starring Diane Lane and William Peterson (CSI), and directed "Primary Suspect" (2000), starring William Baldwin. His most recent project was as Director of "Moscow Heat," (2004) starring Michael York and Adrian Paul.

Soleil is engaged in the business of film and television production. The company's library includes the award wining celebrity biography series "Autograph," which won a Bronze Medal at the New York festivals in 2003 and a Gold Globe Award from the World Media Festival. Current film projects include "Fallacy," a dark comedy, edited by Academy Award Winner Scott Conrad, and "Say it in Russian." Soleil's unique business model for financing films is the only successful one presently in existence. The company's plan involves the issuance of company securities to finance its film projects. This gives investors a built-in exit strategy at the moment of their investment, and their investment risk is spread out over the company's entire library.
