Nazz Productions Options Screenplay from Acclaimed Writer


GIG HARBOR, Wash., Dec. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nannaco Inc. (OTCBB:NNAC), which announced on November 3 that it has entered into a Plan of Merger with Nazz Productions, Inc. ("NAZZ" ), announced today that NAZZ has optioned the screenplay "Doing Dana" from acclaimed writer Neal Gumpel. "Doing Dana" is a romantic comedy that NAZZ believes will have universal appeal to men and women of all ages.

Neal Gumpel, the writer of "Doing Dana" has a history of successful screenwriting. Mr. Gumpel's first screenplay, "Uncoupled," was purchased by DreamWorks Studios with David Permut producing and George Gallo directing. He also optioned "Friend's Again" to Permut and Gallo with Ray Liotta and John Goodman attached to star.

Garry Marshall is the executive producer of Gumpel's screenplay, "Dropped Eggs," with Melissa Joan Hart starring and Savage Steve Holland directing. "Pushing Daisy," which he co-wrote, is produced by Brian Linse with Nigel Dick attached to direct.
