Humatech CEO Comments on Current Operations and Future Outlook in Interview on World Talk Radio Network

MESA, Ariz., Dec. 2, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Humatech, Inc. (OTCBB:HUMT) CEO David Williams, in an interview broadcast over World Talk Radio Network, today offered an update on company operations, and the impact of the company's ongoing partnership with Akey, one of the nation's leading animal nutrition solutions companies. The interview, conducted by research analyst Francis Gaskins of IPOdesktop.com, is available at http://www.worldtalkradio.com/archive.asp?aid=2957 .

In the interview, Williams notes that since entering into its agreement with Ohio-based Akey, more than 500,000 pigs domestically, and twice that many worldwide, are now being fed with Humatech's Promax(r) animal feed product. He also notes that Akey is owned by Provimi, an international group of companies headquartered in The Netherlands that last year had revenues of $1.8 billion. With strong market positions worldwide in animal nutrition, Provimi's companies, including Akey, market feed products for nearly all species in more than 100 countries worldwide. Every one of them, Williams notes, is a candidate for Humatech's Promax product lines.

The CEO also notes that the feed market is huge and growing, with 987 million tons of compound feed manufactured and sold worldwide, including feed produced at the farm level. Overall compound feed production of all kinds is approaching 1 billion tons annually, he reports, underscoring the enormous potential for Humatech's Promax as an important additive for those feeds.

Williams said that Humatech is now seeing consistent growth with continued ramp up in operations that will be reported on in more detail in the coming weeks.
