No stranger to the top Latin sales charts, The Warehouse Recording Studios currently have several artists who recorded hits in their studio in the top Latin single and album sales as reported by Billboard magazine. These include hot Puerto Rican pop artist Obie Bermudez (Todo El Ano,) multitalented singers and musicians A.B. Quintanilla III and the Kumbia Kings (Fuego) and Latin secular sensation Don Francisco (Mi Homenaje Gigante A La Musica Nortena.) In addition, Bermudez's music video for the title-track of "Todo El Ano" jumped to No. 4 on MTV-S last week.

In addition, The Warehouse has a number of artists coming into the studio in December for recording and mixing. These include award-winning Venezuelan singer and songwriter Franco DeVita, whose album titled Stop went both gold and platinum this year, who will be working on his next production. DeVita has also won ASCAP Songwriter of the Year and Song of the Year awards as recently 2003 and 2004. The multi-national folk-pop group Bacilos, who picked up the 2003 Latin Grammy for Best Pop Album for their sophomore effort, Caraluna, cementing their place in the new wave of Latin music, will be in the studio as well. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, "Bacilos brews up a potent stew of tropical Latin rhythms seasoned with dashes of American hip-hop, R&B, electronica, and rock."

Ruben Parra, President and CEO of the studio and internationally recognized for his enormous and significant contributions to Latin music, stated, "It is an exciting time for the studio. We welcome the changes and look forward to continuing the level of excellence in the Latino music marketplace."
