HOUSTON, Dec. 6, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- TransMeridian Exploration, Inc. (OTCBB:TMXN) today announced that it will now provide investors with a ready access to routine operational information through its corporate website. This information may be accessed by clicking on "Operations Update" in the Operations area of the company's corporate website. It is expected that this site will be updated at least quarterly, but may be updated more frequently as operational developments warrant. As usual, material events will still be provided by press releases to our investors and shareholders. This change should provide investors another means of staying abreast of our operations.
