ComCam Announces Appointment to its Board of Directors


WEST CHESTER, Pa., Dec. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- ComCam, Inc. (OTCBB:CMCA) announced the appointment of Albert E. White to its board of directors effective today.

Mr. White has more than 25 years of experience with financial entities including J.P. Morgan, Bankers Trust, and Safeguard Scientific, a $2 billion publicly owned venture capital fund. He held senior management positions with two major technology companies, Vice President of Network Solutions of Herndon, VA (developer of the Internet Addressing System) and Senior Vice President at RMS Technology, $100 million Telecommunications Company. Mr. White has extensive entrepreneurial experience, his companies provided products and services to both domestic and international clients, including Coca-Cola, Coors, ChevronTexaco, Lockheed, SAIC, AT&T and Bank of America. Mr. White has been a business advisor to some of the most successful CEOs in the country. He is a graduate of Columbia University with a MBA in Finance and the University of Denver with a BSBA in Marketing.

Mr. White's accomplishments and articles on business strategy have been featured in various media including The New York Times, Black Enterprise, New York Daily News, and Emerge Magazine. He is also a frequent speaker and panelist at professional business forums.
