AdOne Media, Inc. Announces Finalization of Terms with Install Group Worldwide, Inc.


ST. LOUIS, Dec. 7, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdOne Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ADON) today announced the finalization of terms with Install Group Worldwide, Inc. Under the terms of the purchase, AdOne will issue a note for $500,000 in favor of the stockholders of Install Group as well as provide them with an override of 10% of sales for the next three years. Jim Neumann stated, "The acquisition of Install Group will provide a tremendously solid backbone for the growth of AdOne Media. Install Group has had a ten year successful track record. With current contracts in place, Install Group should provide AdOne Media with revenues in '05 in excess of $10 million dollars with operating margins in the 45% range." The acquisition will be finalized no later than Dec. 31, 2004 and AdOne is scheduled to take over operations as of Jan. 1, 2005.
