Wall Street News Alert: Wednesday Stocks to Watch! December 8, 2004

WESTON, Dec. 8, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street News Alert's "stocks to watch" this morning are: AdOne Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ADON), Abatix Corp. (Nasdaq:ABIX), BindView Development Corporation (Nasdaq:BVEWE) and Discovery Laboratories (Nasdaq:DSCO).

Aggressive investors and traders should look at AdOne Media, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ADON) this morning! Yesterday after the markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing the finalization of terms for the acquisition of Install Group Worldwide, Inc.

This could be great news for investors! Jim Neumann stated, "The acquisition of Install Group will provide a tremendously solid backbone for the growth of AdOne Media. Install Group has had a ten year successful track record. With current contracts in place, Install Group should provide AdOne Media with revenues in '05 in excess of $10 million dollars with operating margins in the 45% range." The acquisition will be finalized no later than Dec. 31, 2004 and AdOne is scheduled to take over operations as of Jan. 1, 2005.

Investors watch this one! According to the press release, under the terms of the purchase, AdOne will issue a note for $500,000 in favor of the stockholders of Install Group as well as provide them with an override of 10% of sales for the next three years. Previous to this acquisition, AdOne Media utilized the services of Install Group for its advertising projects including the design, printing, and installation of all types of signage. The acquisition should greatly increase the margins for AdOne on the outsourcing of its own projects as well as provide AdOne additional revenue opportunities for media placement from customers of Install Group.

Commentary:

"Good news, maybe, for wine lovers. The Supreme Court is set to hear arguments today regarding the selling of wine across state lines. Currently only 24 states allow for mail order wine sales. Many wine lovers and wine producers have their fingers crossed for this one to pass," stated Sonja Rudd in Wall Street News Alert's daily commentary continued at: http://www.WallStreetNewsAlert.com.
