Tulsa Teachers Credit Union Expands Relationship with Harland

Credit Union Selects ULTRADATA Core Processing System

ATLANTA, Dec. 10, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Tulsa Teachers Credit Union (TTCU), the second-largest credit union in Oklahoma, has expanded its relationship with John H. Harland Company (NYSE:JH) by selecting the ULTRADATA(r) core processing system from Harland Financial Solutions, Inc.

An 18-month review of systems in the marketplace led TTCU to Harland Financial Solutions. "As a current Harland customer for share drafts, it was easy for us to expand our relationship with a company we have confidence in," said Leslie Rector, president and chief executive officer of TTCU. "We looked at the overall viability of every system in the marketplace and chose the ULTRADATA System. The open platform combined with the integration to all functional applications, was key for us. With Harland, we have one partner that will deliver and support the technology we need to achieve our long-term strategic goals."

Established in 1934, TTCU is the largest state-chartered credit union in Oklahoma with 75,000 members and close to $650 million in assets. The credit union serves teachers, school faculty, administrators, staff, students and their families in Tulsa and the surrounding thirteen Northeastern Oklahoma counties. TTCU is headquartered in Tulsa with a total of seven branches and plans to go live with the new core system in October 2005.

"We look forward to showcasing TTCU to other prospective credit unions looking to see how the breadth of technology Harland Financial Solutions offers can help them attain their goals."

The ULTRADATA core system will run on new hardware purchased through Harland's Scantron Service Group. In addition to the core system, TTCU has selected the integrated business intelligence tools for Financial, Transaction and Loan Risk analysis, the complete Touche(R) Customer Relationship Solution, the INTERLINQ(R) suite of mortgage solutions for origination, production and servicing, the Voice-Exchange speech recognition system for telephone banking, along with integrated document management, remote banking, robust reporting and all functional applications for front and back office operations.
