Integrity Bancshares, Inc. Announces Three-For-Two Stock Split


ALPHARETTA, Ga., Dec. 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Integrity Bancshares, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ITYC) today announced that its board of directors approved a three-for-two stock split, payable on January 24, 2005 to shareholders of record as of January 10, 2005. This stock split occurs approximately one year after the previous three-for-two stock split, which was completed in December, 2003. The split will bring the total number of outstanding common shares to approximately 6.4 million.
