Deal With RichMedia Inc. Offers 240 Million Permission-Based Emails


CESAREA, Israel, Dec.13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd. (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today a new contract with Rich Media Inc. (www.richmediainc.com). In its efforts to increase the Company's global permission-based, or opt-in, email capabilities for InterAge clients, the deal with Rich Media gives InterAge access to millions of pre-qualified and targeted email addresses.

"Clients are looking for greater accuracy in their email campaigns," said Kobi Freund, InterAge's CEO. "The use of Rich Media's email appending service will give our clients far better performance per dollar spent, because of this accuracy of the opt-in lists and because the lists are matched to highly targeted demographics."

This agreement will give InterAge the access, and the ability to append emails utilizing a house file of over 240 million records. Through Rich Media Inc., InterAge has access to all 3 major Credit Bureau files -- i.e., opt-in lists. Use of this access guarantees the accuracy of the data. All credit bureau files are highly regulated and updated on a regular basis.

Along with the new agreement with Rich Media Inc., InterAge has agreements in place with several public and private opt-in email companies, giving the Company the versatility it needs to choose the best lists possible for each on-line marketing campaign. Combining this with various web properties under the ownership of InterAge, the Company is poised to provide outstanding value to its clients.
