Wisdom International Corporation Begins Trading On The OTC Market


SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 13, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wisdom International Corporation ("Wisdom") (Pink Sheets:WSDM), an international holding company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, recently began trading on the OTC market under the symbol "WSDM".

Wisdom is a diversified holding company engaging in reinsurance, real estate development, mining, trucking and livestock through its privately held subsidiaries. Partnering with in-place management, Wisdom provides its subsidiaries with consultive expertise and financial resources that allow a broad spectrum of opportunities for enhancement of business performance, asset potential and growth.

Wisdom's reinsurance activities are conducted through its subsidiary, International Reinsurance Company, Ltd., with offices in Nevis, West Indies, Norwich, England and Dallas, Texas. Wisdom's International Reinsurance Company has partnered with insurance carriers around the world to provide them with reinsurance of property, casualty, accident, health and annuity policies.

Wisdom operates its real estate development activities through Tamarack Development Company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tamarack Development Company is in development of an extensive condominium project in Phoenix, AZ.

Wisdom's mining interests consist of Wisdom Global Mining, Inc., which owns approximately 500,000 tons of Organic Humus in Brewster County, Texas, which is currently being mined, processed and packaged for multiple applications, which include fulvic acid, a derivative of humus, which has numerous medical and health applications.

Wisdom's operations also include livestock and trucking through its wholly owned subsidiaries, La Mejor Livestock Company, Inc., and La Mejor Trucking Company, Inc. La Mejor Livestock Company offers its clients a cattle "preconditioning program", which consists of customized health, backgrounding and grazing programs for feedlots, stocker operations, cow-calf producers and buyers in order to condition young cattle to enter feed yards or breeding herds. In addition to its feedlots, La Mejor currently farms 9000 acres of grain for feed and leases 65,000 acres of land for grazing. In 2003, the company provided services for over 40,000 head of cattle.
