Asia Broadband Delivers Educational Kids In-Class Teaching Program to Government Schools Throughout Shanghai


ATLANTA and SHANGHAI P. R. China, Dec. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Asia Broadband, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ASAB) today announces that its Chinese subsidiary, Shanghai Broadband Network, has entered into a strategic contract with Bozheng Education Technological Co., Ltd. to implement the company's academically approved IE21 Primary School English Teaching Multimedia System at schools across Shanghai. In accordance with the agreement, Bozheng will become an official channel partner to provide the interactive multimedia system to 10 districts of the city.

Following the adoption of this program earlier this year by Education Information Center of Pudong New Area of Shanghai to be used in the schools of Pudong district, the agreement will expand Shanghai Broadband Network's distribution channels for its children's programs throughout the city of Shanghai and establish presence in all the main school districts of Shanghai.

Under the 12 month agreement, Bozheng Education Technological Co., Ltd. will deliver the interactive multimedia system with a total value of RMB 1.6mil (equivalent U.S. 195k) over a 1-year period.
