The company stated that following the settlement of the litigation and the overwhelming success of The Polar Express, a 3D movie, it is anticipating to exceed its prior earnings outlook of $0.23 per share for fiscal 2004.

Shares of IMAX closed Monday's regular trading session at $8.22 on volume of 2.26 million shares.

OmniVision Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:OVTI)

OmniVision Technologies Inc. announced Monday that it is cooperating with the informal SEC ongoing inquiry. OmniVision stated that the inquiry relates to its most recent Form 10-Q for the three months ended October 31, 2004 filed on December 10, 2004.

Shares of OVTI closed Monday's regular trading session at $16.45 on volume of 12.6 million shares.

Ultimate Electronics Inc. (Nasdaq:ULTE)

Consumer electronics retailer Ultimate Electronics Inc. announced Monday that it has filed a request seeking for an extension to file its quarterly report 10-Q, for the quarter ended October 31, 2004. The company said that it has substantially completed its work on its quarterly report.

Shares of ULTE closed Monday's regular trading session at $1.115 on volume of 8.2 million shares.
