MSE EcoEngine Acquires New Technology

TORONTO, Dec. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- MSE EcoEngine Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSEE) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the exclusive U.S. rights to the MSE Ecology Engine (the EcoEngine).

The corporation has acquired, from MSE Ecology Engines Inc of Canada, the exclusive U.S. rights to the MSE EcoEngine technology and will be completing the development of the first prototype to demonstrate the technology. The 'EcoEngine' is capable of generating power using the free heat in ambient air as its sole source of fuel and producing, as by-products, clean water and cool air. This technology has evolved from 13 years of thermodynamic modeling by the inventors.

Recent advances in the computer model of the engine now indicate that a prototype should be built to prove the calculations and to determine ongoing cost of production of the EcoEngine. A U.S. patent application has been submitted for the underlying principles to this technology.

About the 'EcoEngine'
