BioMed Realty Trust Declares Fourth Quarter 2004 Dividend


SAN DIEGO, Dec. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:BMR) today announced that its board of directors has declared a fourth quarter 2004 dividend of $0.27 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 14, 2005, to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2004. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.08 per common share.
