Victory Capital Holdings Corp. Signs Revenue Agreement With Union Media


LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victory Capital Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:VTYCE) announced today that it has executed a Communications Agreement with Union Media to provide Unified Communications, Calling Card and VoIP Residential and Business termination with a potential national, annual roll-out of 2,200,000 new customers to the Victory Capital technology platforms. Under the terms of the Agreement, Union Media shall immediately provide no less than 20,000 unique customers with an Average Monthly Subscription (AMS) of $19.95 for Unified Communications, $50.00 for Calling Card and $32.45 per month for Residential VoIP dial tone service.
