STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Dec. 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Inter IKEA Investments has submitted a request to Skanska to reclassify 2,000,000 Skanska A shares to the comparable number of B shares. As a result of the reclassification, Inter IKEA Investments' share of voting rights declines from 8.2% to 5.7%.
After reclassification, the number of A shares in Skanska will amount to 26,532,610, while the number of B shares in the company will total 392,020,462.
