Public Company Management Corporation Names Bob Beers, Nevada State Senator, to Advisory Board

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Public Company Management Corporation (OTCBB:PUBC) today announced that Nevada District 6 State Senator Bob Beers, CPA, has joined the company's advisory board.

Mr. Beers is a multi-faceted businessman with a Certified Public Accountant license since 1989 and 13 years of small business ownership. He is currently Vice President of Sales for Nevada's premiere human resources outsourcing firm, Payroll Solutions. As a Nevada State Senator, Mr. Beers is Vice-chairman of the Finance Committee and member of Natural Resources and Legislative Issues & Elections Committees. He has been an active volunteer, serving as president of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Business Expo and as treasurer of the Nevada Republican Party.

"Having a candidate of Mr. Beers' stature and public presence is a testament to how we operate," noted Stephen Brock, President & CEO of Public Company Management Corporation. "It is a remarkable endorsement to have a prominent public figure openly participate in our advisory board."

"I have no hesitancies in actively serving as a member of this advisory board," stated Mr. Beers. "Recognizing my responsibility as a representative of the people of the State of Nevada, I know that my involvements with organizations are open to scrutiny. I can confidently say this advisory board is committed to public company responsibility and accountability and the best interests of shareholders. My research shows this and my tenure as a Senator requires me to exercise extreme deliberation when deciding to participate in various organizations and entities."

"I am particularly impressed with the company's efforts to educate entrepreneurs and the general public about the small-cap markets and their commitment to demonstrating best practices for participating in those markets," Mr. Beers continued. "Small businesses are the lifeblood of both our state and national economies. Most, though, are unaware that going public is an attainable option for them. That's why I believe PCMC's work is so important."

The advisory board, headed by William Bradford "Brad" Smith II, will begin its formal operation in January, but its members have already been instrumental in refining the company's business model and positioning.
