iBX Launches Financial Services Business


Deerfield Beach, Fla., Jan. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- iBX Group, Inc. (OTCBB:IBXG) announced today the launch of Opus Financial Services, an accounts receivable financing, equipment leasing and commercial lending division focused on the healthcare community. Opus will seek to meet the financial needs of doctor practices and ancillary healthcare facilities along with hospital-based providers that are expanding and have cash-flow issues associated with the complexities of today's healthcare environment.

Opus Financial is to be managed by experienced professionals from the banking industry and will be staffed by sales and marketing executives. Senior Managing Director, Vincent Muratore, contributes over 30 years in the financial services arena to Opus.
