Limelight Media Group Receives Agreement For Testing Advertising Medium From State Of Missouri

Agreement Permits Limelight to Test Digital Advertising for Alcohol-related Products in Grocery Stores


MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jan. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Limelight Media Group, Inc. (OTCBB:LMMG), a provider of out-of-home digital and promotional networks, located in Memphis, TN has received permission from the State of Missouri Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control to conduct a Test Project for digital advertising media at the point of sell. The agreement allows Limelight to present informational digital advertising for alcohol-related products in grocery stories under strict criteria in the State of Missouri. The Project is designed to test digital advertising at the point of sale as opposed to traditional concept of product displays. As a function of the Project, Limelight agrees to a variety of criteria that will be reported to the Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Control.

"This is a first of its kind Test Project. Historically, alcohol manufacturers have been limited to methods to advertise at the point of sale. State Laws are designed to maintain a level playing field between manufacturers and the various states have been very reluctant to allow digital advertising that may disrupt the intent of state statutes. Limelight is very cognizant of the sensitivity the State of Missouri has toward allowing this Test Project and will be working closely with the State of Missouri in evaluation of the Test Project.
