eLocity Inc.: Thursday's Stocks on the Move: MSEE, DPH, CMCSA, SEBL


SARASOTA, Fla., Jan. 6, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The following is an investment opinion issued by eLocity Inc.: MSE EcoEngine Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSEE), Delphi Corp. (NYSE:DPH), Comcast Corp. (Nasdaq:CMCSA) (Nasdaq:CMCSK) and Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL)

Aggressive stock traders and investors, take a look at MSE EcoEngine Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSEE). On Wednesday the company issued a press release announcing that it has acquired the exclusive U.S. rights to the MSE Ecology Engine. The 'EcoEngine' is capable of generating power using the free heat in ambient air as its sole source of fuel and producing, as by-products, clean water and cool air, and will be used as an inexpensive and clean source of electricity.

The corporation has acquired, from MSE Ecology Engines Inc. of Canada, the exclusive U.S. rights to the MSE EcoEngine technology and will be completing the development of the first prototype to demonstrate the technology. The 'EcoEngine' is capable of generating power using the free heat in ambient air as its sole source of fuel and producing, as by-products, clean water and cool air. This technology has evolved from 13 years of thermodynamic modeling by the inventors.

Recent advances in the computer model of the engine now indicate that a prototype should be built to prove the calculations and to determine ongoing cost of production of the EcoEngine. A U.S. patent application has been submitted for the underlying principles to this technology.

MSEE is currently trading around .19 cents a share

Mobile electronics and transportation components and systems technology company, Delphi Corp., announced Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement with cable network operator Comcast Corp. to develop an in-vehicle mobile video delivery system. Under the agreement it would create a video device for vehicles capable of uploading and playing video content, while Comcast would explore ways to give users access to programming.

DPH closed Wednesday's regular trading session at $8.40 on volume of 2.68 million shares. CMCSA ended the session at $32.33.

Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:SEBL)

Business application software provider, Siebel Systems, Inc., announced preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter before the bell Wednesday. The company expects fourth quarter earnings to be about $0.08 per share, exceeding consensus analyst expectations of $0.07 per share, and anticipates net income to be in the range of about $42-$44 million. Siebel Systems said it expects total revenues for the fourth quarter of 2004 to be between $387 million and $390 million.

SEBL closed Wednesday's regular trading session at $9.61 on volume of 39.5 million shares.
