Looking Good...
...for short-sellers, that is.
Wednesday, the market sold off to close at the lows. That's not real "bullish". The S&P has CLEARLY broken the trendline begun at the beginning of August. We believe that there is still more downside. Oh, there could be a "surprise" or "relief" rally, but, we think the odds of a move to 1150 are better than 1250, at this point.
But, there is GOOD NEWS for those of you who are looking for entry positions again: Our "strong buy" and "strong sell" lists showed only 10 new stocks today. And, only 5 were strong sell.
That shows a POSSIBLE turning point for the market. However, we'll need to see the technicals like RSI, MACD, and Stochastics turn before we're ready to give the "all systems go" signal.
