China Resources Group Appoints Senior Geological Consultant


MISSISSAUGA, Canada, Jan. 11, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- China Resources Group Ltd. (Pink Sheets:CAEO) (the "Company" or "CRG"), an emerging resource exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jian-Zhao Yin, Ph.D. as Senior Geological Consultant.

Dr. Yin brings to CRG, over twenty years of experience and training in geology, mineral exploration, mining technology, project management, and joint venture negotiations. In 1993, Dr. Yin earned his Ph.D. of Science from the China University of Geosciences (Beijing, China). Dr. Yin also holds both Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Science degrees from the Changchun University of Earth Sciences (Changchun, China). He is currently a consultant to the mining industry based in British Columbia, Canada.

Dr. Yin began his career as a geologist with China Jilin Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources. Recently, he has served as chief representative, project manager, and geologist for Canadian and Australian mining companies with investments in Chinese exploration joint ventures. He is also an accredited writer and has published over 60 scientific research papers concerning Chinese geology and mineral deposits.
