The companies began cooperation in the Chinese market about eight months ago, and since that time, extensive marketing activity has been conducted, particularly with the Chinese police force. Announcement of the relationship between the companies today was made possible in view of the considerable progress in the introduction of the company's products for use by the Chinese police force.
The activities decided upon by the parties include a visit to China by Identa CEO Yaacov Shoham in late February 2005, to finalize the business aspects of the agreement, which will include, inter alia, the quantities to be sold to the Chinese police force in 2005.
