 StockPickReport Commentary

Last night we said that there was a key number to watch on the S&P. That number was 1,180. Tuesday, the S&P closed at 1,182. The low on the day was 1,180.

Today we report that, "all bets are off". The downside risk that we've been telling you about for over a month took a step in the "bearish" direction today.

Stocks on our "Strong Buy" list are certainly better buys than the were a month ago. But, it doesn't matter what stock you own now -- you better have a plan of action. You need to make sure you've got stop/losses in place. You just should not fool around with this market.

We've said this since the end of November. We said it all through the market run in December. We said it all last week. The only change we see is that there are now stocks beginning (BEGINNING) to become oversold.
