DimiTel Announces Call Centre System

DENVER, Jan. 18, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Quantech Electronics Corp. (Pink Sheets:QANT), through its wholly owned subsidiary DimiTel Ltd, announced today the launch of their Call Centre solution service.

The Call Centre solution is based upon a DimiSwitch core with a call centre designed module. In addition to traditional features, the new module will allow the attendants to be in different geographic locations and log on to the CRM system remotely. The system automatically distributes the incoming call queues to available stations whether in the main call centre or remotely.

This feature will reduce costs for call centres and enable employment of attendants in remote locations. A full reporting and statistics suite and administrator controls enable the real time management of Call Centre traffic.

According to the Managing Director of DimiTel Ltd, Mr. Rony Cohen, "We have received a vast demand for this product from our clients and hope to deploy the first systems in March of this year."
