HISC completed the acquisition of BBI Inc. in a stock and liability indemnification agreement prior to yearend 2004. BBI, Inc. is a telephony innovator and marketer of cellular phones and devices, together with the installation and integration of new computers and technology.

BBI, Inc. d/b/a Cyber Cynergy is projecting 40% growth for 2005, as a result of their new location in downtown Hendersonville, N.C. The addition of wholesale cellular sales and its refurbished computer division and is projecting sales growth and increased profitability for 2005.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems currently holds proprietary technology rights on Access Control, the Cyber Tracker, and systems integration designed for America's ports.
