TROY, Mich., Jan. 21, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Hayman Company announced today the addition of two key members to its Troy, MI based real estate company team. CPA Nancy Holmes has been appointed acquisition analyst and attorney Rick Kalisher has been named vice-president of business development.
Holmes will be responsible for reviewing acquisition projects for multi family, office and retail properties on behalf of Hayman. Kalisher, who comes to Hayman with 20 years of real estate law, financing and mortgage banking experience, will lead Hayman's business development team.
According to Hayman Company vice-president Andrew Hayman, the hiring of Holmes and Kalisher "will aid in fostering additional business expansion that will enable us to add several new Hayman team members in 2005. We are also targeting $150 million in acquisitions for 2005."
