United Athletes, Inc. Enters MOU to Acquire S2C Global Systems Inc.


DALLAS, Jan. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- United Athletes Inc. (Pink Sheets:UATH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with S2C Global Systems, Inc. (S2C) of Vancouver, British Columbia to acquire 100% of S2C Global Systems capital stock, including all rights and interests to its proprietary vending distribution system.

Upon successful due diligence review, United Athletes will announce a definitive agreement detailing the terms and conditions of the merger acquisition.

About S2C

The primary assets of S2C Global Systems Inc. are its proprietary distribution system for 5-gallon bottled water including a retail vending system for pre-packaged bottled water. Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, the United Athletes will be the manufacturer and distributor of these systems worldwide.
