HumWare Media Corporation Signs Letter of Intent with Pub Links Golfer Magazine


DENVER, Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- HumWare Media Corporation, (Pink Sheets:HMWM) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Pub Links Golfer Magazine, LLC. Under the terms of the LOI, HumWare Media Corporation and Pub Links Golfer Magazine, LLC, a Connecticut based Corporation, have agreed to merge their operations.

Pub Links Golfer Magazine, LLC, established in 1999, produces, prints and markets a nationally circulated four color, perfect bound, high-quality golf publication. Directed primarily at the public, semi-private and resort course golfer, the magazine is distributed at over 2,200 local and regional public golf courses, and numerous off-course shops, driving ranges and newsstands with average bi-monthly circulation of 225,000.

The magazine occupies a unique niche by publishing through an Associate Publisher network in local markets. Each issue contains articles and editorials on national golf news and events, but also includes local and regional news and editorials appearing only within those copies of the issue distributed within that specific region. Publishing in this manner, we are able to attract national, regional and local advertisers. The magazine is published in: Connecticut-Massachusetts-Rhode Island, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, N-Illinois (Chicago), Wisconsin, N-Carolina, S-Carolina, Florida, Kentucky-Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, Colorado and California.
