Victor Industries' Pet Project Results in Joint Venture

LOS ANGELES, Calif., Jan. 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victor Industries (OTCBB:VICI), is pleased to announce the Company has entered into a joint venture with one of the country's largest pet hospitals to complete development of a diagnostic pet litter to be marketed under the name Pet Well Diagnostic Litter.

Granules incorporated in the litter have been designed to change color if the pet using the litter exhibits symptoms of FUS (Feline Urinary Syndrome), a potentially lethal urinary tract disorder which affects 30% of all cats during their lifetime.

"This will be the first commercially viable, integrated diagnostic cat litter on the market," said Management Consultant Steve Salzburg. "We are working closely with a senior board member and nationally recognized doctor of veterinary medicine on the board of the pet hospital group. The doctor, has been instrumental in the development, commercialization and validation of our Pet Well litter as well as our growing line of all natural veterinary pet preparations."

These products include Pet Well Olive Leaf Compound (U.S. Patent #6,117844) the only all-in-one anti bacterial, anti-viral and anti-parasitic wellness preparation for pets, and Pet Flex an all-natural superior glucosinum/condroitin joint formula.

Participation with this large pet hospital group not only validates our products but could result in orders in excess of 50,000 pounds per week for litter alone.

Other opportunities for Victor's core line of agricultural/horticultural and GSA related products continue to be pursued with vigor and will be the focus of press releases in the near future.
