Dialysis Corporation of America Announces the Development of New Dialysis Center in Maryland


LINTHICUM, Md., Jan. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dialysis Corporation of America (Nasdaq:DCAI) announced the development of a new dialysis center in Baltimore, Maryland, through an affiliation with physicians from Mid Atlantic Nephrology, to be located in the city's western area.

President & CEO Stephen Everett commented, "We look forward to the opportunity to be working with this well respected group of physicians, as we continue to enhance our presence in Maryland. This new center marks our first in the greater Baltimore area and our third in the state."

The new center will offer state-of-the-art equipment and technology, be designed with patient comfort in mind, include 15 treatment stations, and will be located adjacent to one of the areas premier skilled nursing facilities. The planned opening of the center should be sometime in early summer.
