Victor Industries: Robert Strecker M.D., PhD Appointed to Board

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Victor Industries (OTCBB:VICI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Strecker to the board of Victor Industries Inc. Dr. Strecker is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology and holds a PhD in pharmacology. Dr. Strecker is past chairman of F&S Biogenesis Group.

Along with our industry leading Pet Well Diagnostic Cat Litter which indicates the first onset of the symptoms of Feline Urinary Syndrome (FUS), we have developed several ingestible veterinary products. The first of these: Pet Well, Olive Leaf Wellness Compound, US patent No. 6,117844 the first OTC broad spectrum, antibacterial, anti-viral, anti parasitic compound marketed to veterinary clinicians. Antibiotics only work on bacterial infections, on occasion are known to have devastating side-effects and are expensive. Our product has little or no side effects and in laboratory tests has been shown effective against a whole host of bacterial and viral infections. We are in discussions with a veterinary clinician with formulary discretion for a thousand pet hospital chain. The value of a non-prescription preparation which is both antibacterial and anti-viral is inestimable. There is no doubt this product could take its place as the first line of defense against a host of veterinary diseases. We have already begun sampling and will be filling enquiries from interested parties this week.
