Torbay Holdings Inc.: AirObic Mouse Now Activated on the EDI Retail Distribution and Payment System

AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:TRBY) today announced that its Gripless and Clickless ergonomically functional neutral computer mouse, the AirObic Mouse, has been listed and activated in Ingram Micros' (NYSE:IM) EDI system.

The EDI system, short for Electronic Data Interchange, is the paperless transfer of data between buyers and suppliers by networks such as the Internet. Ingram Micro Inc. (with sales of $22Bn in FY 2003) on its website (www.ingrammicro.com) describes itself in parts as "... the world's largest technology distributor and a leading technology sales, marketing and logistics company." As a vital link in the technology value chain, Ingram Micro creates sales and profitability opportunities for vendors and resellers through unique marketing programs, outsourced logistics services, technical support, financial services and product aggregation and distribution ... The company offers a broad array of solutions and services to nearly 165,000 resellers by distributing and marketing hundreds of thousands of IT products worldwide from nearly 1,400 suppliers."

Tom Large, President & CEO stated: The immediate and likely impact of this development during the next week, as websites are updated by the Ingram System, is for our products to appear on an additional 100 to 150 websites, not unlike Tech Depot, part of Office Depot. Our presence in Austin, TX, has increased relevance, in that almost all the distributors with whom we might partner to fulfill government purchases, or contracts purchased through the EDI system are represented here. So too, the computer manufactures, who purchase third party products to fulfill government contracts. The timing for this outcome, part of the activity of Scott Scartozzi, is therefore ideal.
